Know all men by these present that I J. J. Reeves in the State aforesaid, for and in consideration of the sum of Eight hundred ($800.) Dollars to me in hand at and before the sealing of these present by Willie J. Bowers in the State aforesaid - the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained sold & released & by these present do grant bargain sell & release unto the said Willie J. Bowers all that certain piece, parcel or tract of land lying, being & situated in the County of Lancaster and state aforesaid containing fifty (50) acres more or less & bounded on the north by lands of Will Twitty; on the South by lands of H. P. Mobley; on the East by the lands of P. W. Twitty & W. J. Bowers & on the West by lands of W. B. Twitty & Will Twitty. This is the same tract of land conveyed to my by John W. Cole.
